I have to disagree with Miss Universe. Perhaps this is an attempt to test the reception of even more information (videos, text results, image results, etc.) in general. They are saying that the Video results are not as important as the Website links so we will make them horizontal - so as to add an extra organic link. Since Google relates two pages from the same domain when the results are on the same organic SERP, this horizontal option could only be done with videos as Link listings are too big long to do it This is in essence, adding an Eleventh link to the SERPs.
