We all know that  Google Toolbar is important for SEO and online marketers. We can use Google Toolbar in Firefox and Internet Explorer. The Google Toolbar has improved significantly since its introduction and now offers a number of useful features.

Recently Google launched Google Chrome Beta. Google Chrome is faster and lighter then Firefox & Internet Explorer so people are rapidly using Chrome. But unfortunately, there is no Google toolbar for Chrome users.

Here are few alternate ways for Chrome. They are used just like bookmarks, so create a new bookmark, name it something self explanatory and for the URL place the corresponding code. Until we get real webmaster or SEO tools for Google Chrome, we can use these ways to facilitate Google toolbar with Google Chrome.

  • I have google chrome and was wondering if the toolbar would be like this with google chrome

  • maikeru76 says:

    I am running Google Chrome for browsing only and probably by adding the GToolbar would just slow down the browser and just spoil it’s superb whole user experience (speed counts).

    Why not have different versions of Google Chrome (for SEO/SEM and the general browsing public?)

    I am seeing it this way, Google Chrome 2.0+ is my speedster while my tool-laden Firefox 3.+ would be my truck/SUV so to speak.

  • Tag44 says:

    Well i would also like to see the Google toolbar in Google new browser i.e. Chrome. Hope to hear the good news soon.

  • This looks great but I cant get many of them to work, fiddled around and got the Google Cache one working, should be javascript:location.href=’http:/’+'/google.com/search?hl=en-GB&q=cache%3A’+document.domain.replace(‘w ww.’,”)+’%20-site%3a’+document.domain.replace(‘www.’,”)+’&%230 38;n=100′;

    Very well done Prashant.

    He didn’t even change the order around they appear in, sheesh nice was to scam some backlinks. Rip off content and add it to SearchEngineJournal to rank your spammy blogspot for “Internet Marketing”.

    Yep, way to go Prashant!

  • Well, I’m using Chromium for Linux for quite long time and just installed the Google version – there is no noticeable difference between these two at the first glance :) Anyway, the development of Chromium is very impressive and I can’t wait for the more complete versio

  • I find I am doing more and more work in Chrome and would welcome a google toolbar where I could see pagerank.

    Now if they were to develop SEO plugins for it that would be one thing.
