Unlike what Kuwait does begging people to turn off cooling systems and washing machines to avoid power loss! This is a silly over $30 million campaign ran in Kuwait under name of <a href="http://blogallalong.com/2007/09/10/tarsheed-kuwaits-multi-million-power-consumption-awareness-campgain/" rel="nofollow">Tarsheed</a>.
