Mike Bogo - The study was actually based on several factors, although they could have given the companies a chance to take on the result of their study before actually publishing it.

SELaplana - They did actually survey the companies, I think.</description>

		<description>I really don&#039;t think google has got anything to worry about here. The trust factor that people have for google is huge. God knows how google generated this trust factor but it has achieved it and it will take a lot to shake that trust.</description>
