Google Personalized Homepage Featuring Expanded Blog Feeds

Google Personalized Homepage is testing a new RSS feed display system which features snippets and images from blog, atom and RSS feeds.

This may be some attempt to integrate Google Feed Reader type snippets and entire feed posts into the Google Personalized Homepage.

Google Desktop’s Sidebar also does an interesting job of feed integration, based upon blogs visited in the recent user history, with its WebClips offering.

Ionut Alex. Chitu of Google Operating System feels that Google could do a better job with these:

I think the layout looks too complicated and could be simplified by including the snippet in a tooltip, like Live.com does.
