Google Japan - Behind the Scenes at Google Nippon

November 18th, 2003 by Loren Baker, Editor | No Comments

Google Japan believes in making its office a fun place for its employees to work in. As soon as you walk into the huge cavernous office, the first thing you see is a pool table, then some massage chairs, a kitchen, snack food, coffee counter and a few other leisure facilities. You feel like you are at home.

It’s a far cry from two years ago when Google first set up shop in Japan as a one-man office. Today, there are around 30 staff as the Internet search engine company continues to grow and consolidate its place in the Japanese market. From the Japan Times.

Ore wa Google ga mecha mecha sugoii daisuki da kedo, Nihon no Google ga chotto wakaranai.
