Google Has Indeed Acquired Plannr

At the end of September I posted that it looked like Google had acquired Plannr, a mobile planning startup that lets friends message each other with plans so everyone stays in-sync. This service, dubbed the “Outlook for hipsters” by TechCrunch, is now confirmed to have been purchased by the search giant. However, that is not all. Along with Plannr, Google has acquired all other applications under the umbrella of “Everything Is the Best LLC”, including LoveTap, ridepenguin, and SheetIt.

Although an acquisition price hasn’t been announced, TechCrunch guess it “was around $6 million“.
