		<description>Google is not bluffing- they will enter the auction, mark my words.  Auctions for radio spectrums like this literally only come along once in a lifetime- remember, the airwaves are a finite resource.

Google&#039;s disclosure that they&#039;re willing to bid $4.6bil is akin to telling someone what you&#039;re going to throw before you begin a rock, paper, scissors match.  Do you believe them or not?  Either way, you&#039;re on the defensive and now more concerned about trying to figure out what the other guy is up to.
