Google Auctions to Rival eBay and Yahoo?
Google is reportedly sending 600 workers in engineering and support to a new location in the Phoenix area which is the center of a new Google complex in Arizona. The site has not been established yet, but Google announced their plans on Arizona expansion at an event hosted at the State Capitol yesterday.
BizJournals reports that unnamed sources say that Google is planning a mega auction center in the new Arizona location in a bid to launch Google Auctions, in direct competition with Yahoo, MSN, and of course, eBay.
Aaron Wall of the SEOBook wonders how such an auction service from Google would effect its advertising model, Google AdWords, which includes mega advertising campaigns from eBay and eBay resellers. Will those sellers be advertising on AdWords in the future for Google Auctions listings and reimbursing Google a higher percentage of the item sale instead of paying the Google AdWords pay-per-click price?
From Aaron : “You have to wonder how this will effect eBay AdWords bidding strategies if a rivalry between them heats up. eBay is one of the most frequently searched terms, and eBay has one of the largest AdWords spends.”

This latest “enhancement” this week where bidders names can no longer be seen on any auction over $200 is the last straw! Ebay can now be officially called “Shill Bay”.
You’ve got your shopping cart in order, the etailers are all behind you with discounts to whoever signs up with Google’s equivalent to Paypal. When is the online auction site going to be ready to go?
Please don’t let ebay arm wrestle you out of the business with legal threats or keep you quiet with hush money. You will rise further, faster and far longer than ebay if you keep sellers fees reasonable, only allow one i.d. per person (protect it by sending the confirmation code in a letter to the home of the individual), keep all transactions and correspondence within the password protected Google world and if there’s something critical – snail mail it to the member. Don’t allow second chance offers and ensure shipping charges are factual with penalties to sellers who upcharge more than X$ per shipment. Things like that will help it work like a charm.
We’re all ready and waiting. Just give us the word when we’re supposed to pack our bags.
I think you should call it Gbay, or GEEbay, or ISbay, or etcBAY, or ……
When it’s up and running,I”ll shut down every auction I have at ebay the SECOND I hear the good news!..make sure they take Ol’Paypal down the toilet with them…Please don’t offer that faulty payment system or anything like it!Keep it honest and keep it reasonable and you’ll have riches beyond your wildest dreams from happy customers!
Why does everyone think a Google auction site will solve their problems ?
How do you know this won’t be messed up like Ebay ?
The answer is you don’t know.
If it’s so great why hasn’t it already started.
This story was released in October 2005.
To respond to Mike’s stupidity, “Why does everyone think a Google auction site will solve their problems ? How do you know this won’t be messed up like Ebay ?”
Greedbay is absolutely the most greedy, crooked company that I’ve ever dealt with or ever seen in existence. The amount of money that Meg Whitman and her cronies have stolen from the people and leached from Ebay is unparalleled. ANY other company is going to be more fair than Ebay has become.
Ebay suspended my account because a suspended user (who had made a new account) checked their account on my computer (a legit Ebay user of 6 years)
I had active sales going in which some auctions won were unpaid. Ebay billed me automatically for these unpaid sales.
Some products I bought from ebays stores broke recently they have a 1 year warranty, I need the invoice for them to return to manufacturer.
Ebay won’t let me contact seller until suspension is cleared up,
Ebay won’t return my money on over billing me until suspension is fixed.
Ebay is unwilling to reinstate my account, because those robots at trust and safety don’t know how to deal with customers in ANY type of matter., they know how to cut and paste, but reading isn’t a requirement.
That’s why Ebay will fail when Google comes about, their customer support is NON EXISTING, yet their billing system work 100% to a T.
I chanced upon this website and was dismayed- a little because this is over a year old news! and i searched and looked around, couldn’t find any update or any news at all related to this. However, I’m glad to see that the thread of comments are at least ongoing! Hoping google would read it and pursue the auction site to compete with Ebay. This isn’t about if google would ultimately SAVE US from the thieves that has become ebay… this is simply having a huge company competing against another huge company. competition brings a leveling ground and consumers, buyers and sellers win in the end. let them fight who is the best auction site! in the process, we win. Sure, google could be another crook but ebay needs to be stopped and at this point, nobody comes close- not even yahoo auctions! if google is the vehicle to put a halt on ebay’s continued open robbery, so be it. we welcome that! ebay is the supreme evil! i don’t think google would be as evil because ebay is one of a kind evil… i have faith in google that they would deliver for the people. if not, i will still choose google over ebay- i’ll just have to justify by saying- i’m choosing the lesser evil!
EBAY DOES NOTHING FOR ANYONE ONE. . THEY DISCONTINUE AUCTIONS AT WILL THEIR TRUST AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT IS A SHAM THAT HAS NO RESPONSE TO ANY QUESTION .. NONE. . DISTRUST AND NON SAFETY FOR ALL SELLERS AND BUYERS
I think it is high time that eBay gets some competition — I for one would switch to Google Auctions just to show eBay they aren’t so “High and Mighty” and if enough sellers and buyers left eBay, JUST maybe eBay would start to take the complaints from their long time customers seriously.
Ebay rips off sellers with over priced listing and final value fees, then gets another cut through their PAYPAL service – and still they use animated and pop up ads on their search pages to get MORE revenue — while annoying it’s customers who REPEATEDLY ask them to remove the CPU intensive ads they force on everyone.
It’s time for a change eBay – there’s going to be a new Sheriff in town……..
It would be wonderful if Google would become an Ebay competitor. We have needed one for a long time. Ebay is very greedy. Please hurry and do something Google ! I will switch all of my auctions over to Google as soon as their door opens.
Heard all this before. Ebay sucks but others that try to imitate it suck worse. It isn’t all about the fees. Google has to have a format similar to Ebay to compete. Feedback can be useful but only if the transaction is completed, Ebay caters to Vero and they should cater to the sellers first and if Vero wants to interfere let them do it in court. Paypal should get their fees from Ebay not the seller a second time around. How shameful. Complaints are ignored on Ebay and their forum will delete items the don’t like you to bring up. Dictatorship towards members. Ebay is powerful and people are helpless to them. The other auction sites really suck and that is why Ebay rules for now. Feebay or the highway. Google hasn’t done squat yet and they better do things similar to Ebay’s format without all the high fees before they hope to complete.
It’s no accident that I hate eBay and lost my shirt on their auction site! I will NEVER deal with them again. Can’t wait for Google Auctions. Yahoo isn’t doing real good, either. They’ve had a problem registering as a seller for the past three months and they don’t care enough to fix it. I told them they’ll be sorry when Google launches its new auction site. Hopefully, it’ll be so good we’ll never have to mess with another auction site again. Kudos to you.
Anyone that knows ebay well enough hates them and that’s a given, rightfully so, but, with over a year on from this article and nothing has happened.
hopfully the fact that a short domain like “gbuy.com” isn’t hosting a site means that something is getting close to happening.
More good news, the domain registry has been updated and is as follows,

The ball could be in motion.
Folks now is the time. The new above $200 dollar blind bidder ID that feebay has implemented drove one of the last nails in their box.
Is that the sound from the first shovel full of dirt I hear being thrown in the hole?
Please just remember: “Keep it real!”
Best Regards, “Bear”
A 10 year battle scarred feebay vet!
Ebay treats everyone like a crook if theyTHINK you’ve listed something that is legit and they don’t think so…..I would so love to see sellers and buyers have an alternative to those idiots that run Ebay.
EBAY SUCKS! PLEASE MAKE AN AWESOME AUCTION SITE, MAYBE EBAY WILL BE ELIMINATED COMPLETELY!!!
I hope and pray that a Google will make gbuy.com a reality. eBay is truly the apex of evil. It is beyond me how a company of their magnitude has continued to operate. eBay is nothing but a blood-sucking monster, whose everlasting greed and lack of ethics have become unbearable. Customer service is non-existent, fraud is rampant and fees are high. Their policies are enforced in a manner which can only be described as arbitrary and juvenile.
The only way to stop this cancer is with a heavy dose of competition.
I have never enjoyed dealing with Ebay and have not listed in almost a year. My feedback rating is 100%. I hope your auction site does well and will be glad to list with you, Ebay needs some competition. Ebay talks a big talk about PayPal and how safe it is, but every time I list anything I start getting spoof emails from fake PayPal sites. My brother lost $3000.00 with PayPal. Recently I spent almost 45 minutes putting my first auction togeather in almost a year and started my auction, only to have Ebay remove the auction and trash can it because I said I would accept cash, personal check, money order or PayPal. The auction was removed because cash was listed as an accepted form of payment. This is an attempt by Ebay to force more people to use PayPal. So I have canciled my PayPal account and hope you will start a payment processing service to Paypal with the backing of a bank, I would like for the FDIC to regulate anyone who has my money.
Thank You
Mark Kennedy
The last writer wants banks to be involved in Google’s payment system. It already can be — for large ticket items.
People can’t pay for an expensive car — or piece of earthmoving equipment — or a boat using the PayPal’s $500 limit. So they end up Wiring thousands of dollars to strangers or phoney escrow companies.
On-Line auctions could included standard trade finance as a payment option on their website. This means the auction site would suggest that the buyer of a big ticket item (say over $10,000) open a Letter of Credit with their bank using standard criteria which is posted on the auction site’s payment page. When the “pink slip” is presented to the buyer’s bank the money is released to the seller’s bank. No documentation and delivery, no money.
There are a couple of great benefits to this: the banks have been handling escrow accounts and Letter of Credit for over one hundred years, and know how to do it ethically. Domestic LCs are not much different from International LCs, so with this basic information addition, the auction site makes it possible for the rest of the world to responsibly bid on big ticket items. Everyone makes more money.
Yes, there’s still a big gap between PayPal’s $500 and Letters of Credit for $10,000 and up, I grant you. But take a look at eBay – they have quite a selection of items for over $100,000. This is a growth market which needs professional money handling.
Yes, most sellers want to be paid before releasing the goods. The solution for them is to use a company like InterNetLC.com which has a network of social investors who will advance the money, put an Assignment of Proceeds onto the LC for the amount of the loan plus their mark-up. InterNetLC.com does all the paperwork for both parties, and inspects the item to ensure that it is shipped. The buyer pays a minimal fee to InterNetLC.com. When the “pink slip” and documents clear the buyer’s bank, the social investors are repaid and any remaining balance goes to the seller.
InterNetLC.com has been suggesting this programming addition to eBay for about three years. We’ve had two appointments, but both times were met by staffers who knew nothing about banking and everything about programming. Bottom line, both youngsters politely said that eBay is making so much money selling $10 T-shirts that no-one internally is interested in solving the problem of large ticket sales or supplementing PayPal’s services. And we were politely shown the door.
Letters of Credit provide a business solution for large ticket transactions. InterNetLC.com has already helped other on-line auction transactions, and successfully shipped $200,000-heavy equipment to Ethiopia and Nigeria using this method. Everyone got paid.
John Dunlop, CEO of InterNetLC.com, is making presentations to international bankers on the inevitable addition of international trade finance to on-line auctions, because the flood of business will be enormous for them. This change will make exporting a viable business alternative for SMEs, and seriously crimp the fraudsters profits.
GOOGLE. .We are all(all discusted ebay longtime sellers; skunked on by their trust department; ie; limiting sellers selling activities!!! WHAT!!!). PLEASE , PLEASE START AN AUCTION SITE; THIS powerseller. .WILL BE YOUR FIRST AND BEST!!!!
PAUL
EBAY IS TERRIBLE.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . .ALL TYPING WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!! THEY ARE JERKS IN TRUST; ALL OF THEM NEED GOOGLE TO GIVE US DISCUSTED SELLERS AN OPTION. . HELP!!!!
HATING EBAY .. IS THE WAY. . LETS JOIN “GOOGLE AUCTIONS”; AND LEAVE EBAY BEHIND.. AS THEY DID THEIR SELLERS. . SUCKED US IN LISTING FEES!!!!
Ebay has been the bull of the woods for a long time and indeed there is a time for change and go0gle will be great!! the fees are high and they do get it on both end with paypal what a ripped off !!!people just need to stop talking about moving and move that would indeed hurt ebay in their wallet!! customer services is a joke and to top that off trust& safety for who very sad department. Hurry up google we are waiting!!!!
Wow, finally… I really hope Google takes off with this and sends eBay packing! Yeah, you hear that eBay!? “Nobody likes you… you SUCK!” This is great though, it really is… eBay’s fee’s are totally outrageous, but when they started shutting down some of my legitimate auctions, ECT. due to what they thought was “fraud” (while somehow, actual fraudulent activity is slipping through the cracks) thats what really pissed me off! I hate eBay with a passion. What a bunch of dumb, ignorant, greedy b@astards!
Please do bring on the competition, I’m ready to move to Google, eBay and especially PayPal suck. Funny business going on there!
This article is two years old, I hope Google come up with the auction site already. Ebay is sucking every penny out of my business, I work full time on my business and most of the time pay more than 60% to 70% of my profits to ebay. They know that there is no competition so they can hike up the fees when ever they feel like. I have really started to hate ebay.
Please Google help us all out.
Horray Its time you got a bit of your own medicine.Ebay, the best news ive heard for a long time. A load of lying bastards that unless you are filling their pockets with cash, they will go to any lengths to make life as hard for you as they can. Both Ebay and their sister company Paypal are both so unhelpful it is nearly unbelieveable, Goodbye Ebay and good riddance
Good luck Google, bring on the auction site asap. eBay has high fees and is trouble nonstop!!
Come on Google, put eBay it’s place. The sooner the better.
Just learned that Yahoo is out of the auction biz. So, that leaves you know who! When oh when are you going to get it up?
Want to say I am all for Google Auction as want to crush that terrible ebay and what they did to Google about there payment services by removing all there ads. The hell with ebay as I will work for google for free to help them suceed. I am a PowerSeller that recently got retstricted because of 2 feedbacks from customers that never paid and ebay doesnt give a shit so they restrict. Bull Shit,,,,, GO GOOGLE Thanks
It’s high time for a change, ebay needs some competition. Come on Google!!
I can hardly wait to get started with it.
Ebay deserves whatever it gets :)
Please GOOGLE come soon, take business off EBAY, they dont care about anything, just to make themselves MILLONS AND MILLONS, start with no starting fees and keep that way, charge only fees if the items sells, that for itself will make many of ebay sellers like me, get into GOOGLE in minutes, EBAY needs to know, their customer service sucks, they need to loose millons daily to UNDERSTAND, take out of business EBAY NOW!
Google is the savior of online auctions. All the other auction sites are incomplete and hard to use. The only real option right now is the devil ebay. No customer service to speak of, nobody who works for them knows anything…. I look forward to google auctions and will likely be one of there first customers:)
I hope someone can do something to beat ebay, I hate ebay. They ruined my business ….
With all these disgruntled people, i am surprised ebay have survived for so long. Just take closer look at their ripp off fees and you will see exactly what they are.Same for paypal.
Both ripp off artists and arrogant with it.
ROLL OUT GOOGLE AUCTION NOW
Cant wait to see ebay go down.for now we have no choice.
I done business with Ebay and Paypal and both companies suck badly. I truly hope google auction kicks Ebay to the curb where they belong. I just hope Google Auction doesn’t get a big head too and start treating people like garbage as Ebay has. What comes around goes around. I made an auction that is free for everyone to post their items. It’s not google and it’s not ebay but at least it’s better than being stuck with Ebay and nothing else for now. Check it out if you want. I don’t charge anything for listings. http://www.goshopnchat.com I truly hope Google makes it because they have the money to advertise unlike me. Us hard working little guys do try our best. Thanks David Ogden
I’d eat a bug to have the name of the person incharge of setting up Google’s new auction site, so i could give them a quick ‘tutorial’ on what’s needed to put the Ebay kiddies out of work!!
As one of Ebay’s odest (9/98) I’m fed up with being charged for some idiot’s decision to click and buy something he has NO intention of paying for. Why should anyone have to pay a penny to Ebay for a Non-Paying bidder’s stupidity, when it was Ebay’s own ‘member’ who caused the problem?
In addition to these problems, Ebay’s so-called “feedback” system is about as fair as hanging a man for jaywalking.
Get it ON Google – put a REAL auction up on the Net, so our REAL bids will show and put an end to Ebay’s stupid “proxie” crap. Meg Whitman & Company wouldn’t know a REAL auction if it smacked her right in the face!!
I sure wish someone at Google would rattle my cage and get some ideas for their new site!!
I look foreward to a viable online auction alternative to E-bay. Unfortunatly, the latest information I am able to find on Google’s potential auction site is from 2005. Are there any updates on the progress of the auction site? I am looking foreward to closing my E-bay account, or, at least, severly reducing my E-bay activities and selling coins on Google’s Auction site when it comes up. Thank You
Once again guys. Apparently Google does not want the headache of having an online auction site.
This information at the beginning of this thread is bogus.
This thread is over 2 years old.
There, maybe this will wakeup the Google cheerleaders.
If google does not want to be a part of this type of business, Pick another site. Try :
http://www.ebid.com.
Lets help them build it into an ebay competetor. Lets build ebid and let google see what they are missing. There are other options out there, all it takes is word of mouth, Tell everyone about “ebid”, and it will be your next option to shutting down your “BOE Auction site” or at least humbling the tyrant!!! Try it, I joinned, I am not an affiliate nor have I been paid to post this. Its an option for all of us, Lets use it.
Correction in the previous thread it is
http://www.ebid.net.
Sorry!!!
ebay needs the competition. for too long it has had a monopoly all to itself. why doesn’t anyone launch anti-trust action against it and its far too cosy relationship with paypal?
Go Google! We need an alternative to eBay!
Whats happening about a google auction site?
Is it happening or not????
I have tried ebid & qxl amongst others and received a great big nothing! Its a massive shame so PLEASE try to use them – it costs NOTHING to list and you pay only if the items sell!!!!!
Ebay – you should hang your head in shame that so many people are miffed at your ridiculous fees, unhelpful (if you get hold of them) customer services department, and a wholly unreasonable and unenforceable feedback system which favours only the illegitimate traders and dodgy buyers!!!
Come on Google, do us all a favour and introduce some healthy competition to the auction market. Its not good for the consumer to have a single dominent supplier (who really does not give two hoots about those who paid for its development!!!).
With the recent changes to eBay’s policies and all the disgruntled sellers I think it would be great time for Google to launch a rival auction service. The sellers could switch first and sell to each other until the buyers figured out where they went and joined them.
I am SO GLAD there will be an online auction site to compete with Ebay !! They have had a monopoly too long !!
1. Fees are out of hand
2. They also own the payment company for themselves (Paypal)
3. The policies are out of a fairy tale book.
4. Why is it that sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers ?? Where is the sense in that ?? How will sellers find out about fraudulent bidders if there is no negative feedback available ?? (Once again – fairy tales)
Hi Y’all,
I’m retired and sell on ebay to augment my SS. If I list 10 items and am very lucky, 5 will sell. The listing fees plus photo fees plus 10 day fee plus final value fee plus paypal fee plus gas to the post office etc makes for a sour stomach and an altogether bad experience. Now add to that the removal of the allowance of feedback to the buyer, which by the way, is a primary deterant for not receiving illegitimate neg buyer feedbacks, makes for a very slanted field. That feedback is one thing that helps keep the playing field level. Otherwise how would I get a hint of a buyer’s profile.
Bottom line is: I would switch to google in an instant. I just hope they don’t pickup any of the ebay personel.
Hello from a 10 year ebay seller & Artist. Like the majority of ebay Artists, I am so tired of ebays constant increases. We, artists, need to make enough money to keep ourselves fed, dry, warm, and have enough left over to buy supplies. In the beginning, ebay was a great new venue to sell. However, their new policy of not letting Sellers leave neutral or negative feedback for buyers is HORRIBLE. We have no recourse for a buyer who leaves us sellers with negative feedback. When did ebay decide to give the buyer all the power??
Please, give Us a safe, pleasant place to sell our Art – ASAP, without making us choose between food and supplies.
I’ll be with you the minute you open & so will thousands if not Millions of us!!!
This link shall NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER die until GOOGLE AUCTIONS becomes a reality!
Well this is one OLD article! Yet, as relevant today as ever!
Some recent commentere have clearly not paid attention to the date in the heat of their rage at yet another F-Ebay screw-the-seller initiative!
I don’t blame them. We need to make some noise!
Google auctions would instantly become Ebay competitor on a major scale. Competition will be good for Ebay. There is certaily room for more than one company in that business. Ebay would not dare to alienate their sellers the way they do now. Feebay knows they really have nowhere else to go.. yet!
Give Us Google Auctions! If I only had the money myself… Come on, someone with money, here is a chance to make millions.
I looked for Google auction and this blog came up.. what happened.. is it in the works? was it a “give up”
I did see ebid and wagglepop but not much listed.
would do good for someone to come in now .. Ebay is an uproar of misery .. they are so stoopid to keep letting people down and raising prices. I dont know how people can stay with all the stress of it,. Comeon Google get up & runnin
give me an alternative, any alternative to those shitbags at ebay and i will take it. every change is a change for the worse, and they are either blind, stupid or both. i want to sell stuff i dont need and buy stuff that i want. it is that easy, but ebay keeps screwing that up. google auctions… what is taking so long. this is the next step for you…
ebay would not immediately be put out of business if google launched auctions because ebay has die hard fans. So does PayPal. PayPal thats got to be one of the biggest jokes on the face of the earth. They claim to be ideal for business sellers yet, they are a threat to all small and medium sized business’s Asset security. So your running along quite nicely, putting thousands into ebays pocket and out of the blue with no warning they limit your account and make some stupid excuse for doing so.. The latest is Anti money laundering laws. They then ask you for ID, proof of inventory and anything else that will cause you an already busy person to go out of your way to provide. Account remains limited for at least 7 days and in the meantime, those 50 buyers who wanted to pay using paypal have got suspicious about why your paypal account is not accepting money. They then cancel their order and you just lost trust and revenue. PayPal WHAT A F”in JOKE.
I am a powerseller and ebay kiss my ass when I call them on the phone yet paypal speak to me like I am some kind of desperate sucker who lives to be a customer of theirs.. Thats right, they think they are doing you a favour allowing you to be their customer! PayPal will eat itself and they will drag ebay down with them. there are millions of people who have had it with paypal and ebays attitude and the only reaso they continue to use their services is because they have no other choice SO GOOGLE, thats your market! Also offer a great affiliate program like ebay do on Commission Junction. be over generous and you will teach ebay not to take their customers for granted
After over 9 years of selling on ebay, I closed my shop on ebay – they stink. We are like their slaves – It’s like they had us brainwashed and we all just woke up with a jolt by this last onslaught of no feedback rights, higher fees, our store listings not even showing up on searches.
Pleeeeease Google – open an auction site, and show them how to do it right. And please do it soon. Maybe you can have that service where we can grab our feedback from ebay and bring it over.
I’m sure that everyone on PowerSellersUnite.com will move there – and many other ebay sellers as well. You open it, we’ll come and we’ll get the word out!
http://www.google.com/support/contact/bin/request.py?ctx=submitted&confirm=suggestion_t
I know this is an old site but we all found it – the above link is for google feedback – I wrote to them. Maybe if more people do they’ll listen.
I hope Google come out with their own auction site. There is only room for one leader. Ebay is the king now. When google opens an auction site I am gone from ebay. I have sold 40,000 items since I started in 98. Ebay has gone too far this time. OFF WITH THERE HEADS
Hopefully ,this will at least create competition!the no feedback thing and 21day paypal turn around are outrageous !
With these new changes coming up I’m done with eBay! Protest by signing the petition here!
http://www.petitiononline.com/ebayfee/petition.html
I hope Google will launch an auction platform ASAP. I no longer sell on eBay because their fees killed my profit margin. They are so prideful and rude as well. I shop on Amazon as much as possible instead of eBay.
Please get GOOGLE auctions up & running before I die!
I already have GOOGLE check-out & plan to get away from Paypal ASAP!
I kicked Ebay to the curb. All 8 of my buying & selling ID’s are dead & stinking in the water.
I’ll never go back!
I want to stick with 1 venue, all the way! And GOOGLE would be my “it”
I would list & sell VICTORIOUSLY
I’m hanging in there, in hopes that this latest Ebay meltdown, will prompt GOOGLE to get this going.
What say you?
Google,
I left ebay in august of 2007, after doing the math we made very little profit so we made up are minds to close the store and stop selling till we moved else where or just stop on line sales altogether. what blows you away is looking at the fees; bottom line ebay is making up to 10% of your profit if not more and this is not including paypal fees!…….We need a new site and I think and hope Google will save the online auction business, if not I guess its goodbye to all of it, it was good when it stared, now I’ll just be one of those people who will drive to the local malls and do my shopping, and sell at the local flea market just like we did in the 1990′s before ebay. Hey we made good $$$ back in those days but abit more labor and I still have friends doing it!……Google please listen to the people……we need a new marketplace I will be there to open my accounts I love working from my home. good day to all of you at google if you need any help from me you can email me at: pacman@ameritech.net
Thank You

Over 6 years with ebay, it’s time to move on elsewhere. I would be very happy to see ebay go down the drain because they don’t deserve the success the community helped them achieve. Thanks Google, please hurry and make it happen as we are all waiting anxiously. I have already added google checkout to my website and will get rid of paypal as well. Google all the way.
Danty Y.
I got a S&H quote before bidding, &won.
The seller then almost doubled the S&H fee, so I did not pay, & contacted ebay resoloution.
To my amazment, ebay sided with the seller! With copies of emails showing her thievery sent to them!
When the heck is Google going to move on this?
