I love its Analytics. However it seem to differ from other analytics tools that i am using concurrently in terms of traffic data.

Using Google Analytics alone does not really reflect the true traffic analysis. Combine with a few other analytics tools such as sitemeter or quancast, webmasters can then do an in-depth analysis.
