Google Adsense Changes PIN Program a Bit

For Google AdSense publishers, the Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a validation method used by AdSense to verify the accuracy of information provided by publishers when they sign up for an AdSense account. The PIN is usually sent out to AdSense publishers who have already reached the minimum earnings of $50 for their AdSense implementation.

Now, AdSense is lowering the $50 earnings threshold into $10. So if you have reached that earnings threshold by now, expect a “white card” that dons the Google logo,  to arrive in your mailbox (yeah, the traditional ones) anytime soon. When you get the PIN, you will have to register that to your Google AdSense account. You need to do this before your AdSense account reached the $100 minimum earnings required before AdSense pays you.

There’s no reason why AdSense change the minimum earnings amount before the PIN was sent. Is the reduction in the $100 dollar minimum earnings before payout is sent, to follow? A reduction to $50 dollar would be a good move.And a move towards electronic money transfer through Paypal would be even better.

    I just got it after 3 years … well I don’t produce so much contents to earn money like many other guy on the net, but where should I place that PIN?

    Instruction says about a insert pin link into the payment board, but I’m not able to see it.

    The new policy update is surely going to increase publishers sign up rate. I don’t think in near future the maximum payout is going to lower as it will increase load on the Adsense team. Paypal payments transfer also seem far away dream because it has scope of unverified anonymous payment transactions.

    Changed AdSesnse account. Now I’ve the Pin to supply my link. And I notice that they started to make phone verification too.
    An IVR call u asking to provide a code that show u on your account.
