I've been reading over quite a few SEO's resumes in the past weeks and without fail they don't pass any of your tests, and they haven't interested me at all. Granted I had to check my own resume at this point, which before I actually got the job I'm currently working with was not so impressive. What was impressive was the layout and CTA's used to get them interested. I've seen your tips work for myself. Great post to reference to when I'm on to my next position. Great input in general.
