Friday Humor: Black Hat Edition

The issue of black hat SEO is so serious that some of us have become stuffed shirts ourselves. Good thing, our friend, Adam Thompson from RYP Marketing, injected a dose of humor to the black hat/white hat SEO debacle. He sent us a funny comic about it, which we included in this week’s Friday Humor. Like you, SEJ is completely against everything black hat—well, except those where we can pull out fluffy bunnies. Have a fun and safe Friday!

Speak your mind!

  1. I really like the graphic by SmugGecko. Maybe the SEO industry should get its own set of playing cards with little characters like Pokemon. We can battle each other and the search engines for dominance!

  2. Love love love the Blackhat humour, especially the “Dark Side”. I still get tons of spam in my inbox from people trying to link share with me for their (obviously) fake link aggregator sites. Even get a nice little message every couple of days from Tfollower – you know, the people that took SEO spam and moved it into hyper-social-media-plus-SEO-and-email spam? Does this stuff really work? If so, why?
