That’s the rumor here up north too and also that they’re not announcing, with which I tend to agree. All these deals and the press just distract focus, and the products suffer.

On the contrary, what I’ve heard is Ludicorp has signed a term sheet with a top tier Valley firm. I’m guessing a Friednster range of valuation too.
