I was using another firefox tool for backlinks from smartpagerank.com but when updated Firefox it is no longer available. What is the best in above three in performance?

I use webmaster2 since some time, and I’m feeling good with it.

I just hooked up #2 on your list here. I love how it actually takes out the duplicates once you drill down to the info. For sites that have content picked up by redundant feeds, that is HUGE.

Ann, you have put a very good resource for link analysis. I have been using one of these tools lately but it slows down my browser, so one should also take internet speed in mind when using these tools.
However I am going to try Webmaster2 for FireFox as I can deactivate it when not required
