Thanks for taking the time to review our firefox addon Headup : )

Regarding your final comment about our customization option:
Once the addon is personalized with your social network accounts it will show not only generic information relating to the terms you investigate but also how the term relates to your social circle: 

&gt; &gt;For a city - which of your friends live there.
&gt;&gt; For a company - which of your friends work there
&gt;&gt; For a band, film, actor, book, etc. - which of your friends like them...

Regarding the speed issue - we&#039;re currently working on a Headup widget for publishers and bloggers that gives the same benefits as the addon but is much faster and obviously doesn&#039;t require any installations from the end user.

We&#039;re seeking bloggers and publishers interested in participating in the pilot phase for this new product - any blogger or publisher interested in checking this out can find more details here: http://bit.ly/3q2MeK
