If you have access to the google webmastertools you can analyze search keys long tails people really did to find your site – very helpfull!

It’s most definitely not just about keyword research tools. In fact, I would argue that the most important step is a manual review of the search results for a given search phrase.

I’ve always start by asking my client, What do you think someone would query for your product? Works really good, then on to the kw tools.
