CitySearch & YellowPages.com Enter Content and Advertising Distribution Agreement

AT&T’s YellowPages.com and IAC’s Citysearch have entered into a partnership agreement, integrating Citysearch user reviews, editorial content and business profiles into YellowPages.com.

YellowPages.com’s CitySearch content will now offer users access to more reviews and ratings to make an educated decision on finding contractors, restaurants and other local services. YellowPages.com advertisers benefit from increased consumer engagement, while Citysearch advertisers have another opportunity for advertising within YellowPages.com.

“It’s critical to innovate and continuously find new ways to connect consumers who rely on YELLOWPAGES.COM with local information they can trust- whether it’s in their hometown or across the country,” said David Krantz, president and CEO of AT&T Interactive. “Additional content from Citysearch complements what YELLOWPAGES.COM is doing to meet the needs of consumers searching locally, while supporting local discovery and connection with our valued advertisers.
