everything is done by IP addresses. searchengines can ban your IP and not your site. Your IP changes every time when you connect to the internet so essentially, your site’s rank is nothing to do with these tools.

Thanks for putting up a nice review for us Ann.
Just to let all know, we now have social activity monitoring as well. Apart from that,
- our iphone application has just launched (yesterday).
- we are coming up with a Firefrox toolbar as well.
- integration with google anlaytics

so keep an eye on our website to see updates :)
