If you’re like many marketers, you’ve no doubt heard all about the latest trends regarding “new school” inbound content marketing. Inbound marketing is based on the concept of earning the attention of potential customers, making yourself easy to be found and drawing customers to your website by producing content that these prospects will value. While inbound marketing is certainly something that should not be ignored, it’s important to not get caught up in the hype and to disregard traditional marketing channels that have been proven to deliver a tangible ROI.
