Andre, Google Sanbox is based on this flood of one way links built in a short period of time followed by long, unproductive periods of time.

The site gets literally flooded with low quality, unrelated back links instead of increasing its buoyancy in the SERP.

Aaron is right: you can't posibbly <a href="http://trafficcpanel.com/994/practical-tips-for-building-one-way-back-links/" rel="nofollow">built to much backlinks manually, without automation</a>.

Cheers,
Cristian

Several Blogs like: Matt's, Xooglers', and Tim Berners Lee's - receive massive one way links upon Debuting - and eventually ALL went from PR0 to PR7 IN ONE UPDATE (three months after debuting) - SO,

Google's Algos must take other factors into account so that EXCEPTIONAL circumstances can NOT be detrimental to EXCEPTIONAL sites.

That might just be the tip of a very big iceberg. There is also the sandbox effect that they have not taken into account.
