The day after Thanksgiving is the day we all try to lose those excess calories consumed. Through running, jumping, and parkouring inside our favorite malls and department stores. It’s Black Friday everyone! People say it is also the day we stop being humans and start becoming elephants with shopping carts. We still hope that is not true for everyone.
