Atomz, a provider of enterprise Web site applications, received the “Best Enterprise Search Engine†award at the 19th Annual Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Codie Awards Gala held in San Francisco this week. According to a news release, Atomz was selected from a highly qualified set of finalists, including FAST, iPhrase and Nexidia, and Entopia.
Other relevant search engine winners were The Wall Street Journal Online for Best Online Business News or Information Service and Google News for Best Online Consumer Service.
The Annual Codie Awards competition recognizes the most innovative software, education technology and digital content products and services in the software and information industry. Also recognized among this year’s Codie Award winners were Atomz customers salesforce.com and palmOne.
