Well, they’re trying hard and these are some good improvements – however, whether the ‘average user’ will notice them, appreciate them and spread the word, that’s what will start making any dent into Google’s share.

Live search is getting faster by adopting new algorithm of broad match. But still to catch Google traffic they need to work more on their search algorithms

All I can say is that Live search is lucky to have microsoft. If your going after Google as brand then your going to need some pretty big pockets / resources. They have come leaps and bounds in the last 2 years but they need an edge and right now they are still playing catch up.

No doubt they’re doing their best for now! I’m truly surprised they did such a good service, but still it’s not as good as Google. I look forward to new updates!

By the way, I’m manager of two searchengines in Russia, so my professional interest is to not give M$ my shares of the internet search market in Russia and regions. :)
