My favorites are

Viper’s video quicktags
You can embed virtually almost all the videos from any sharing site.

Subscribe to comments is great and turn your post into a quick forum article.

WP Super Cache is definitely needed if you activated lots of plugins.

I have my own plugin too !

You can easily insert any complicated HTML and JAVASCRIPT code or even custom PHP output in your WordPress article. Useful for adding AdSense and Paypal donation code in the middle of the WP article. You can manage multiple code entries.

Related comments? That’s a plugin that just doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t see any reason why you would want that because your visitors will probably not ever care about related comments.

Related posts, yes, related comments, no.
