I&#039;ve got a suggestion to build on #4 with the To-Do label; combined with Gmail&#039;s multiple inboxes, you get a ready made To-Do list sitting above your inbox. And with a hat tip to GTD, too many to-do&#039;s and your inbox disappears &#039;below the fold&#039;, so the impetus is on to complete your to-do&#039;s if you want to read your latest mail!</description>
