Thanks Vince,

Class information. As someone who uses Social Media as a whole of business approach for my clients, not just a campaign, I can relate to all your tips. The information really speaks to me, my ethos and they way I am trying to forge my understanding of the online social world. Lovely!

This is a nice writeup. I think so much of the social media world is very cloudy for many. Thanks for the blog.

Very informative Vince! I appreciate the insight and couldn't agree with you more. What do you find is the best way to utilize your Twitter and Digg accounts when you are in a rut? Like you said so many of us tend to ignore both accounts when we are at a loss for words, tweets, posts, etc. I am curious what approach you take to overcome this...

Great post. You nailed 10 very relevant points. This would be a great checklist for folks looking to see how they measure up, or a guideline to start building their foundation. Thanks for the mention.

Very useful and to the point. I agree, it crucial to be genuine when it comes to social media. There are a lot of fans out there that can see straight through the "business" approach of a company. When utilizing social media for a company, it's important to remember ethical standards on a personal and professional level. I think followers and readers really enjoy new information about the company, but they also like the personal posts. Allowing employees to strike up conversations on Twitter, Facebook, etc gives a real personality to any company. Thanks!

Thank you so much for putting this in such simple terms.

As a newbie to social marketing I really appreciated something that I can put to use immediately as well. In the real world I rarely have nothing to say. On the computer I am constantly questioning whether it will be "appropriate" amongst all the seasoned posters!

I also agree with the first comment that being so positive about it is refreshing and makes it less intimidating.

Thank You!
